Check-In Service

Ensure your tenancy starts smoothly with our combined Inventory and Check-In service.
We ensure your property is fully prepared before move-in. We hand over keys, guide tenants, confirm all utility meter readings and test all safety alarms. We obtain the tenant’s signature to formally confirm the handover of keys, with this document provided separately from the Inventory Report.
Inventory & Schedule of Condition

A detailed report documenting the property’s condition and contents at the start of a tenancy, including utility meter locations and readings, and the testing of all smoke and carbon monoxide alarms. The report includes high-quality internal and external photographs alongside 360° overview images, providing a complete view of the property.
