An inventory is carried out at the start of a tenancy to provide a clear and accurate record of the property’s condition and contents. Our reports go beyond a basic inventory by combining detailed descriptions with visual evidence, creating a clear, reliable reference for landlords, letting agents, and tenants.

We compile a thorough inventory report, recording each room, fixture, fitting, and item of furniture. It includes high-quality internal and external photographs alongside 360° overview images, providing a complete view of the property. This ensures the property is fully and accurately documented from the outset, with clear time-stamped records for accountability. All reports are delivered within 24 hours of the visit, ensuring a prompt and efficient service.

During the visit, we test all smoke and carbon monoxide alarms to ensure full compliance and proper operation. Meter readings are taken, with serial numbers and locations recorded.
